Our factory has over 400 staffs with 3 buildings, 1 block staff dormitory with 6-floors & 2 blocks labour dormitory. We have sufficient production area and tidy shop floor with energy saving procedures. Also, we have recreation facilities such as table tennis, badminton and basketball field in our factory to enrich our staffs' spare time.

Besides, Yu Hing organises recreation activities for each year:
Annual Dinner take place before the Chinese Lunar New Year Holiday each year. During the Annual Dinner, all our Hong Kong and Shenzhen Staffs meet and have our dinner together. We share our happy hours with some of our staffs put on air show. Yu Hing also awards our outstanding staff and have a luck draw.

Besides, Our factory also holds barbeque function with all our factory staff non-regularly and basketball matches for all departments for each year.

Except those activities organised by the Company, our staffs organise friendly basketball matches every weekend. They also organised other activities like two hiking activities held on 27 July 2008 and 22 February 2009 respectively.
